This is interesting. I just went back into the controller to see what settings names were so I could reply. Took some pictures with it just sitting there in both Auto and Manual modes but both JPEG. Didn't save any of them so back to square one?

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!! Went into settings and originally hit "reset camera settings" figuring it would take it back to original if somehow I changed it. Got a message it failed so I hunted a bit and found "image format" under the little camera tab. Changed the setting to JPEG, it was on JPEG+RAW...

I installed the app again last week so I assume it's the latest. However, I have no idea how to pull up properties to see version?

Yes, cleared everything. I have searched both my Samsung S8 and DJI GO4 app for any settings but can't find anything. Would using the DJI goggles affect anything with saving pictures to the phone? Thanks for trying to help out!!!!

I'm new to all this as I just got the Mavic Pro PL. a short while ago. At first when I took a picture it was saved on my phone as well as the Mavic memory. That doesn' happen anymore. It doesn't get saved to my phone, just the Mavic. I have the Auto Sync HD Photo in the on position as shown but...
