I'm glad I'm a photographer and don't have to know what a Dutch Roll is, how it tastes, or why anyone would want to do such a stunt. I'm having no color issues at all with mine. You need to check all your settings.
Small observation, I think LR defaults are now set to automate basic settings such as clarity and vibrance, maybe saturation, during HDR and Pano merge, just uncheck Auto or do a Reset all settings (bottom RHS)
