I'm glad I'm a photographer and don't have to know what a Dutch Roll is, how it tastes, or why anyone would want to do such a stunt. I'm having no color issues at all with mine. You need to check all your settings. -

Small observation, I think LR defaults are now set to automate basic settings such as clarity and vibrance, maybe saturation, during HDR and Pano merge, just uncheck Auto or do a Reset all settings (bottom RHS) -

Most of the listings have language like that in the eBay listing that OP had shared: It's one hundred percent on the buyer to pay any tariff charges. The chances of recovery of any duties from the seller would be nil.

You need a card with a minimum U3 or V30 rating. The size is dependent on how much content you are generating. Memory cards wear out, there is a maximum number of times they can be written to. The sweet spot for me is 128 GB, and I'll swap them...
