SFor what it's worth, I flew a DJI Neo at 2750 meters MSL in Costa Rica. It was marginal. DJI lists the "maximum takeoff altitude" for the Neo as 2000 meters. The rated numbers are likely somewhat conservative.

SDji refurbished get a over 250g drone for about 100 more than a dji mini 4 pro. I think the one I was looking at was a dji air 3 fly more.
