How to get papers to remove limits?

Actually, the Inspire 3 and the professional/enterprise DJI drones can.

Watch out for US Coast Guard helicopters flying below 500 feet without warning

It certainly is not. I'm a commercial pilot. See my point just above this.

Watch out for US Coast Guard helicopters flying below 500 feet without warning

Exactly my point @tleedom - you said it better than me: "An altitude of 500 feet above the surface except over open water or sparsely populated areas. In that case, the aircraft may not be operated closer than 500 feet to any person, vessel, vehicle, or structure."

Mavic 3 Waypoints vs Inspire 3

Just tried on my Mavic 3 with the latest firmware. Can't do it. There is no control over the camera, other than starting and stopping shooting, when it's flying Waypoints. That's too bad - at least gimbal control would have been nice, and it's just a software feature. I guess this is partly how...

Mavic 3 Waypoints vs Inspire 3

Thanks. I will try it as well and report back.. I3 makes a big deal about this, so I was hoping the M3 has it as well... clearly it's just software and there's no reason M2 or M3 couldn't do it...

Mavic 3 Waypoints vs Inspire 3

"Go try it yourself" - oh thanks, the thought had not crossed my mind! I can, I thought someone would know. You didn't miss my point, but you didn't answer it. Surprised literally no one knows - this is the main benefit of waypoints to me - to be able to control the camera while the drone flies...

Mavic 3 Waypoints vs Inspire 3

No one knows if you can control the camera manually with M3 Waypoints?

Mavic 3 Waypoints vs Inspire 3

With the Mavic 3 Waypoints, can you control the camera/gimbal manually while the drone flies a pre-set pattern automatically, like you can with the Inspire 3? This is really key to flying solo while trying to capture cinematic footage. I have watched a tutorial on the Waypoint feature which was...

Official verdict for me. Not buying M3 Cine.

No issues connecting to a Mac. Use a proper cable and a good PC and you won't have a problem. You can also use removable media, of course. I've Never seen so much whining and complaining over what amounts to the price of the M3 Cine. Ridiculous!

    MAVIC 3 - ISO TEST 4K (Low Light) - Mavic 3 vs Mavic 2 vs Inspire X5S

Ok thanks. I have not finished watching. Just saw the opening “low light” at ISO400, which is a daylight ISO setting and immediately assumed the creator doesn’t know what low light is.

    MAVIC 3 - ISO TEST 4K (Low Light) - Mavic 3 vs Mavic 2 vs Inspire X5S

Watching the video - how on earth is a “low light” test done at 400 ISO!? Is that a joke? Almost setup so the Mavic 2 can excel. Crank the ISO up to 1600 or 3200 and let’s compare! Where the M3 is obviously superior even in your fake low-light test is in dynamic range and sharpness, vs. the M2.

    Mavic 3 Cine Critical Error

I have a Cine too and no critical error displayed. No errors at all, actually. She flies beautifully and the video/photo quality is very impressive.

    PANIC

The batteries are “smart”. They automatically run themselves down(discharge). You don’t have to do anything.

Official verdict for me. Not buying M3 Cine.

Another lame post. Use a micro SD and your “problem” is solved! I have NO issue connecting my Cine to my Mac and downloading from the internal drive. Use the supplied cable and plug it in directly, not through a hub

Mavic 3 Issue's Out of the box...

Agree that everyone should stop whining about price. But I think it’s great value. $2k for a 4/3 sensor AND a bonus zoom camera, so you don’t have to choose one or the other (I’m looking at you, Mavic 2!), longer flight time, quieter, smoother more stable flights, etc, etc. it’s a no brainer...
