I don't understand where you were controlling the drone from because it looks like you must have had the mountain between you and the drone at some stage, and wifi (even ocsync 3) doesn't go through mountains ...
I wasn't aware you could do that with the Mini 3 Pro .... I have read the manual and it just states that you can transfer like that to your phone, doesn't mention a windows computer ... but thanks, I will give it a try ...
This new to me ... I have had quite a few DJI drones, and I have always believed that they used wifi exclusively for both control and video transmission .... my Mini 3 pro uses 2.4 and 5.8ghz for transmission/reception ... what type of signal are these if not wifi?
Still, I am sure he has seen your thread .... didn't have a go at you though ...just saying ...don't really care what you do or where you fly ... and the regulations have been in force for years .....
The guy on here who keeps having a go at people for getting out of vlos must be selective in who he has a go at ....looks like he's happy for you to fly out of vlos ...
Please make sure that your drone always remains in your sight. If your sight is like mine, this means you should never fly more than about 50 metres away .... unless you put a bright led strobe on it, and you will then be able to go about 70 metres away!
