Once you’ve downloaded the flight logs you could try powering up the drone and recording another video. I’ve done this when a video hasn’t completed and it’s fixed the problem
Frequently hand launch / land. Prefer to do so to keep dirt out of motors. Landing pads are ok, but need a large enough flat area to be placed securely. Also I’m often moving from away from take off area before landing so would need to take landing pad with me as frequently nowhere near take off...
Also any wind at all will be turbulent close to a roof. I’ve noticed this when inspecting my roof / chimney. On one occasion I couldn’t get close enough, I tried a few days later with slightly less wind and the difference was noticeable.
