Thanks for the follow-up. I did try to upload it there and it does not show any map images because the log seems to be corrupt. That is why I gave Google Earth a shot since you can upload KML files there as well. It is strange that out of all the logs with several flights that day this one is...

Here is the log but strangely Google Earth says there is an error. The other logs - the one before and the one after work fine. This leads me to suspect an issue here: DJIFlightRecord_2021-09-18_[17-29-19] (1).kmz

Hmm. Usually, it stops and starts ascending. I've seen my other footage prior to the update and the drone never moved forward like that on its own. Remember I lost the signal 3 seconds into the video. All of that flying is the drone on its own.

Just updated both of our Mavic Air 2 drones and there is an odd total loss of control before return to home actually kicks in. About 8-10 seconds of free flight. Just after I lost signal, I hit the RTH button on my controller. Instead of the typical beep beep...beep beep, it went beep...

Did this as you suggested and still get the green screen upon reconnecting.

Same here with my Lenovo M8 Tablet. The strange thing is I have another Air2 with the same tablet with version 1.1.6 and no issues ever. Just the new Air 2 on V 1.2.1 - just bought it 4 days ago. The 4 month old one on same app but different version is fine.

Happens each time drone loses signal to us. A bit annoying. Fine as long as the signal is not lost. Thanks for that.

New here. We have two Mavic Air 2 drones. Both running on Lenovo M8 Tablets. One is V 1.1.6 (Blue Skin) and the other is a new purchase running on v 1.2.1. When the drone loses signal it gets this green-tinted screen. Video is fine after downloading. But the green screen will last until we land...
