    He's gone...

With "variety of angles" you mean some fancy camera movements? If so then it wasn't the concept of this video. It was supposed to be as simple as possible. No postprocessing either. I didn't care about spectacular movements, just images. And flying in reverse just felt right... I don't know why...

    He's gone...

Sadness will fade away with time. Sensors system worked pretty well in a good light. I got a clear warning that it's too dark and sensors are not working and I ignored it. Don't be discouraged by just one stupid operator.

    He's gone...

There was this perfect sunset. And it was supposed to be the last flight before wrapping up because it started getting dark. Sensors were not working, but there was only plain sea around (I thought) and there was a live map which for some reason didn't show one giant rock. It was there later in...

    He's gone...

....gone forever. Sleeping at the bottom of Andaman sea. Together with precious footage. He was like a brother to me. We have been through so much together. Crashes, broken propellers, bird attacks (they weren't harmed), freezing and hot temperatures, rain, snow, wind, long distances, high...

    Is this IMU data correct?

As you can see all the numbers are slightly different and are changing +/- 0.001 sporadically. Mavic Air is sitting still on a flat surface just after a successful calibration. Is this normal? I've calibrated it because it's not as steady as it used to be while in the air (hovering or not)...

    Best way for ascending forward

Hello. What is the best/most efficient way to ascend forward with a drone? Is it better to first ascend and then fly forward or just go diagonally (up and forward same time). I know diagonally is the shortest way but is it most efficient? I mean for the rotors and energy they use. I hope you...
