    A few other people mentioned this at Downdetector. It's apparently a very old and common issue. The fix seems to be to "just wait longer".

    I tried to upload two videos tonight and when it got to the checking stage which usually only takes a few minutes its got stuck at "Checks still running" its been nearly an hour is anyone else having the same issue?
