Thanks for the info. ..really starting to think MacBook.. I fly with a ipad mini 4 so I'm thinking there may not be much learning curve. The computer i have now is only 4 years old.. your right I do think the Apple products last much longer.

So is it a big deal to transfer from my Dell desktop to a Apple laptop computer? My USB ports are dead so I would have to have someone do the transfer

You may want to try flying from the warmth of your car or truck. Point your vehicle in the direction of your flight and enjoy... works great. I've done it numerous times with no issues.

I've taken my MP2 Pro on several fight including a flight to Antigua, never a problem. Carry on only!!!!! I discharge to 25 % and place each battery in a Lipo fire resistant bag in my back pack. The bags are cheap and you can get them from Amazon. Safe travels
