I'd get an extension because we all know the FAA can take a while. If there are any drone lawyer enthusiasts on this site and near you maybe they can help out. I'd really wait as if the FAA sided with you then it would be an open and shut case and would send a message to local law enforcement...

I didn't get an e-mail from them about the situation until a 2 days after the longest shipping time was estimated to arrive. Like others it just had label created. I usually like Polarpro but i think customer service dropped the ball on this. They knew they wouldn't be able to deliver on time...
