Woohoo, I stumped the internets

From version 4.1.4 release notes on Google Play: Users can now save cached videos to an SD card (with Android v5.0 or above) I can't find a way to activate this feature. Anyone know how?

I have the T713 variant of the S2 8.0. I found this thread after failing to get my tablet to work. For me, as long as the tablet is the last thing powered on it works great and is reliable. No developer mode, debug mode, menus settings, or tricks at all. Just turn it on last and fly. Cheers!
