Clearly hitting a drone while in the air and hitting a turtle on the ground have different consequences for an airplane but I hear you.
Now lets talk tortoises...those guys can get huge and could impact a plane taxiing on the ground.
FLYING TURTLES however are another thing...now that's...
Well, my Sonoran desert experience wasn't all I'd hoped. The first place we went hiking didn't allow drones, and for a good reason, it was a hiking and horseback riding trail, and I'm sure drones would scare horses. The BLM land we went to next was OK but not as scenic. Fair amount of trash...
Man, how long did it take you to get up on top of that mountain ?!! That looks like K2 to an unexperienced climber like me. Awesome footage though. I think that's when having a drone really makes it all worthwhile; when you're someplace like that and only a drone can capture the moment.
Those were some colorful sheep in that one video. I think they got into the Easter egg dye a little early. Need an interpreter for the first vid with that Aussie accent but then they rag on us about our accent here in Texas too.
I'm going to be out in Chandler, AZ in a couple of weeks for a reunion with my brothers and will definitely be taking my MA with me. . Hope to get some good desert footage and saguaro fly bys. Thanks for reminding me of the opportunity.
