Sorry, this is my DJI direct order. I ended up canceling my Dec. 7th Apple order as it never ever changed status from the day they started repeatedly freezing up $1K in my bank account on the 8th of Dec. I didn't mean to confuse folks.

Oh, sorry, just posting here because my original order was with Apple and I had been giving updates.. I'll drop off now that I switched to DJI directly. Just thought folks could use the order-to-ship reference data.

Got a tracking number from DJI today. Coming fedex from China. Says arrives on 23rd. So a little over two weeks from order to in hand if shipping is not delayed. I'll keep this thread posted til I have it. C

Status has gone to "Shipped" on my order today. How quick are you guys getting the orders from DJI online store once they change to the shipped status? This was a 1/7/2017 order on the DJI online store.

Yeah, I guess you're right! Maybe they will come through. I hope!

Well 10 days has come and gone and my Mavic from DJI Online Store still hasn't shipped. When I ordered it said "ships 7/10 days after payment". My card was charged (via PayPal) immediately after ordering on 1/5/2017. Hoping they get close to their promise...

Totally agree with this sentiment - we can all learn from this and other events with these fantastic machines. Using their flight modes to avoid disaster and be a better pilot is key.

I just placed an order for the mavic pro (normal kit) with DJI on their online store. Said it was in stock and would ship 7-10 days after payment confirmation. I used PayPal and the payment confirmation email came to my inbox about 1 min later. So... we'll see if it holds to 7-10 days. When...

Same here, just did the chat thing and the lady on the chat said my status was "Processing to ship". I told her on my end it just says, "Processing Items" which it has said since day one. My CC keeps getting these holds on the funds, then releases the funds, then holds, then releases almost...

Okay, understand. This is one of those things that if you are an honest person and follow the rules, it makes life harder for you... messed up.
