I think that's what we want; your own private security being able to utilize drones at your own event. However, in some states for various reason, this isn't legal or practical.

Orem, Utah doesn't have any drone restrictions for recreational users beyond the FAA's restrictions, and LEO are all able to fly for tracking, investigations, and search and rescue. So again, wrong...
