I think that's what we want; your own private security being able to utilize drones at your own event. However, in some states for various reason, this isn't legal or practical.

except for there are few, if any private security companies with police powers if you are getting paid to be there, you ain't recreating and, in my state, there is a lot of legislation regulating drones.

Where did you pull this from? Orem, Utah doesn't have any drone restrictions for recreational users beyond the FAA's restrictions, and LEO are all able to fly for tracking, investigations, and search and rescue. So again, wrong...
