This is not the first time ,I crashed my Air 3s into Lake Shawnee in Western Pa ,I was running from two large water birds near a bridge with poer lines running along side ,so I punched the UP stick to avoid birds in doing so I hit a power line... -
TThey probably go to refurb which DJI is known to have excellent refurbs probably because they have the latest parts, they have good screening and a deep process (not just cosmetics), and as you mentioned, they likely make use of the repair...

Tin the end the reason I cancelled my order was DJI telling me they are not prepared to repair them in the U.S. and I would have to send it back to Korea for repair because they do not have the parts and ability to fix it in the U.S. A few weeks...

TI completely agree! And yes, you're correct. The "DJI Store" link on the Mavic 4 product page is a ruse to make buyers think they are purchasing from DJI. Shame on Amazon for not policing this kind of activity.
