You are right, I just update the iOS app and it does word it that way. I certainly hope they release it for the MA2. If they do, I hope they don't take too long. I waited a long time for them to finally have the Smart Controller support for the MA2.

DJI no fly zones is not always accurate in countries like Japan. Basically the entire Tokyo area is a no fly zone because of population.

I did a little digging on this. It appears that Dubai requires ALL airlines coming to or from Dubai to enforce putting drones in checked baggage. It's legal to fly there but you must get a license before doing so. They have very strict laws there in regards to privacy.

I haven't read all the court rulings but the most famous one that took place in Kentucky was about privacy. Meridith, the gun owner, was quoted as saying the drone was hovering while his daughter was sunbathing. He even said that if it was moving along, he would not have shot it.

I think the most important distinction here is "the expectation of privacy". Drones have potential of invading ones privacy, a airliner 40,000 ft above does not.

If they are bees, could be yellowjackets (wasp), he would not be in trouble in this scenario. Law is to not " intentionally" kill them and he brought it down once they attacked the drone.

It's your preference but you asked the question. Keep in mind that there are a lot of people who live in high rises or places that don't have garages or basements. I lived in Tokyo in a high rise as well. Point being, these batteries are designed to be safe in households.
