The Mini 3 Pro were able to calibrate manually with our own drone using this script we made:

...and the Mini 3 Pro works well with OpenAthena.
For the Mini 3, we only had the published specs...

Not sure, what exact error message does it give?
If it says something like 'missing EXIF data' then it's probably something with how the photos were copied rather than how they were taken from the drone
Also the Mavic 2 Zoom has some of the best accuracy of any of the models we've tested so far. I'm also eager to do testing with the Mavic 3 given its nice telephoto zoom camera
EXIF metadata is basically just hidden tags and values automatically included in images taken by a camera. It doesn't need Internet access to record these tags when an image is taken. Usually it includes stuff like exposure time, camera settings...
