Started with the 1st gen Parrot AR Drone. Sold that less than a year later. Sat on the sidelines for a while, watching the tech improve. Figured it was over when the FAA tightened regulations. Casually searched CraigsList for an inexpensive Phantom. Bought a P3S in early April 2016. Enjoyed the hell out of it! Decided to trade up to a P3A or P3P. Sold my P3S on CL to a coworker of a friend. The Mavic was announced the next day. Abandoned the idea of a P3. Got on the pre-order list the third day after the announcement. Picked up my Mavic Pro from FedEx on my birthday (happy birthday to me)!! Been typing too long here. Must go fly!!!
