Unfortunately it's in a restricted zone due to proximity to a military base (Fort Benning). I believe you are right that it is not due to the Class D airspace that also exists within this restricted space.

Prior to this update I was able to fly in my neighborhood. After the update it is now a NFZ (technically on the edge of Class D airspace) and I cannot even takeoff. Plan to downgrade tonight and hope that will fix the problem....
