The DJI Fly app has built in video editing. This is the app for Mavic Mini. there are Youtube how to's out there. You can download videos to your phone/tablet, then use DJI Fly to edit if you like. this editing is simple and easy- TJFly

"tacking" with a drone, would reduce the apparent headwind. Although, the path back would be longer. -

you were chasing a sailboat with spinnaker up, so you were flying downwind and needed to fly upwind to get back. 1) switch to SPORT mode to get more power. 2) "tack" back and forth at 35 degrees or so to the wind, as not to take on the wind head on.
