Wow! I had 3.80m RIB with 20HP Suzuki EFI that was great it could plane with full gear (5 people) but lack of windshield was a big disadvantage (in Finnish weather conditions) therefore i switch to aluminum 5m "bow rider" type boat. Anyway enjoy long days and beautiful Alaskan summer!

34mph for 25hp- nice! I am getting 34mph with 60hp (WOT). But number of people make huge difference at this outboard power range. What about 5 people would you manage to plane with that engine?

Nice shot, brave and smooth. I am wondering what was the animal crossing the lake? If you would turn off obstacle avoidance most probably you would still manage with p-mode. 4 people with 25hp engine with this hull design should give approx wot speed at 22knots (25mph)

In Poland (like in majority of EU countries) there is no specific drone law yet. Non commercial use is allowed in whole air zone G (basically if DJI GO app will not warn you it should be fine). Than you should follow EU recommendations, which for drones like Mavic means in essence- 150m max alt...
