I emailed the sponsor, all of the cosponsors, and a few on the Governor's staff. I also Cc'd the FAA's preemption email. I told them everything wrong with the bill, and included citations for each comment. And it looks like they're fast...

Darn. Looks like a trip to Cheyenne is in my future. Gotta figure out when it's next committee meeting is. They tried this a few years ago, and it failed due to a number of things, but Federal Preemption being the main one.
