Good observation with the horse. The rock is actually named Horse Head Rock but it does not look like that from shore. It is done with Mavic 3 Pro using all 3 cameras, there are a few clips there shot with Osmo Pocket 3, the opening and closing... -

It was built in the second half of the 18th century over a time span of 40 years. Not surprising it took a long time to build! -

I can imagine it was a long while ago, and is remarkable for its engineering and construction for a time when there were no cranes and modern day...
