I always leave notes or talk directly to my neighbors when I am going to fly my drone. Person to person information has kept me from having any issues with my neighbors. If they know me, know what I am doing it helps alleviate their concerns.

I talked with the Pawnee Grasslands office and it's a no fly zone, but, if you have a farmer or rancher friend whose property is along the Grasslands area, that is legal.
