Actually, it's "continous flight over people or moving vehicles" you can legally transverse over moving traffic and people to get from point A to point B -

He’s cool, Greyhound was the closest we could guess, but now you say Scottish Deerhound that longer thinner nose. We currently have 2 whippets. Have had wolfhounds in the past. -
