The way I understand the ban is it applies to all foreign made aircraft that are not already approved by the FAA. All current models regardless of brand are still allowed. But anything being newly introduced (by any non US manufacturer) is... -

You are expecting DJI to provide answers for non-rational behaviour from an increasingly unhinged FCC. I didn't have "The FCC was going to ban all new non-American drones and the parts that make them work" on my 2025 Bingo card. I doubt that...
