He's flying inside the base perimeter ... not near. It's also a large air base. I doubt they used any kinetic countermeasures; they probably just used ECM which the Navy has several different varieties. That dude is obviously not Part 107... -

You would think the guy would know that he couldn't fly his drone on Base at a Navel Station. Navy reservist was flying unauthorized drone shot down over Naval Air Station Whidbey Island
