A pound is about the max you can lift and that has to include the line and harness you're using. The attached is my prototype. I eventually found a lighter "ghost" and line so I could attach fairy lights to it for night flight. It worked rather well. 28 waypoints from launch from the backyard to...
I got a network error both by LAN (via USB and Assistant 2) and by WAN (via mobile and Go 4 app). I had to disconnect and use my Cellular data plan and finally completed downloading the firmware. Fortunately, it picked up from where it failed. The upload is taking forever.
Two other things to think about to get the most out of your battery.
Don't fly at top speed. I gain more distance at around 8 MPH than I do at 20 MPH. Of course, you do have to take your head winds into consideration. Keep track of the movement on your map.
Don't record the entire flight. It...

The issue is an invasion of privacy. Plain and simple. I don't do anything illegal but it still isn't any of your business to monitor me. If you think it isn't a problem then you are more dystopian than you realize. If you don't understand this, then you maybe should read 1984 by George Orwell.

Les Stroud is filmed taking advantage of using DJI drones. Particularly Season 1, Episode 5 in Moose Ambush. He personally flew the Mavic Pro which gives a great example of how the proper camera settings and post editing can result being an excellent aerial photography platform.
His aerial...
Had mine drift into my house twice without input from me before the previous updates. In fact, it wasn't accepting any input to stop it or direct it away. The drone was 30 feet away at the time.
