I received my New Mini 4 a few days ago and am having the exact same issue! I don't understand why footage from my DJI Osmo 2 pocket camera footage plays fine, as did all my footage from my Mini 2. This is very frustrating...and disappointing. Not sure what to do???

Yeap crazy! If you where walking along the beach with a video camera or a camera with telephoto lens, knowbody would say anything. I had a lady say basically the same thing to me last week. So I explained about the super wide angle lens etc. because drones are still relatively new, people...

Thank you so much for that. OMG, I understand the need for safety and authorization, but it seems absolutely crazy that getting an authorization from the FAA is less complicated than getting it from DJI. Guess I’ll just have to put it down to to “a lesson learned!” Thanks again!
