    Clean Mavic Camera Lens?

The best way to clean / protect your lens is always have a UV filter fitted - if it gets scratched etc it is far cheaper to replace that the front element. Never, ever wipe the front element of a lens without first having dusted it off with a compressed air cleaner or special lens blower brush...

Should i bring my drone to Greece

If you take your drone be very careful about where you fly and certainly do not operate it near any civilian airfields or military installations as the authorities are very sensitive about cameras anywhere near such places. Do be mindful that there is considerable friction with Turkey so the...

    Mavic Air 2 Gimbal Protector.

My practice is to follow standard aviation procedure and attach a hi-viz streamer / ribbon to the part which has to be removed as not only does it remind you to remove it but you can also find it when you drop it n long grass!

Mavic Care Refresh & UK Customs

The duty was charged on the return of the drone to the UK so was based on the paperwork supplied by DJI when they did the shipping. I did approach DJI but they stated it was the UK post Brexit regulations but from your posting it is clear that there was a bureaucratic ****-up. What exactly...

Mavic Care Refresh & UK Customs

Am UK based pilot who made a stupid mistake which required use of Mavic Care Refresh who are based in Holland. Brilliant service and replacement drone arrived in six working days so DJI certainly delivered on that. However all UK users should be warned that, due to Brexit, the replacement drone...
