After having the same issue as most people here, battery going from 54% to 0% in a cold environment. I spoke with DJI and they pretty much changed my drone and the battery. I haven't had the chance to fly much since, we will see if I get the same issue again. I will keep you posted.

My battery was at 100% when I started the flight. To me, it sounded like the cold could have confused the battery but it sounds like some people have experienced similar issues in not so cold conditions.

Was the temperature low when this issue happened for you ? In which conditions were you flying ?

Yeah it could be firmware as the battery still actually had 50% left (confirmed by looking in the app where they list the amount of volt in each cell) but the battery was still thinking that it had 0%. Very strange.
