It is very unfortunate, but in my opinion, I have to agree with the previous post; this is only going to hurt/affect those who are already abiding by the rules.

Arm the teachers and others. A shooter might think twice about attacking the innocent if everyone is armed. By the time the drone team shows up with a drone, the problem will be resolved. ☮️
