The controller connection is the problem, not a cable.

It was, and is, the flaky micro USB connection in the controller.

The problem is resolved! The controller has a bad connection and it isn't a cable. Thanks heaps !!!

That works. The drone flashes red and green until the controller sicks are moved, then it flashes green. Different cables make no difference. Your screen looks like mine. If the program on the phone is corrupted, how can it be fixed?

When I downloaded DJI FLY to my IPHONE,I had NO other connections, nothing else was turned on. I opened DJI FLY and the frequency was 2.4MHz and no changes could be made, even though nothing was connected to the IPHONE.

I have contacted DJI. When I get time I will download DJI FLY to my iphone and try that.

My controller is a MR1SS5. Have I found a bug in the app/controller software by using the so-called "FCC HACK" to switch to 2.4MHg? If I have, how Can I reverse a dumb decision?

My controller is a MR12SS5. My ipad shows FREQUENCY 2.4GHz and I can not get a connection to the aircraft to change anything.

This works for the Mavic Mini, but I can't connect the controller to a PC USB. When I try to connect the controller an error message "POWER SURGE ON THE USB PORT Unknown USB device needs more power than the port can supply" appears. This error keeps flashing until the PC is rebooted.

How do I re-flash ???
