You can use RC2 controller with the original DJI goggles and connect them via HDMI. I fly it that way. This way I have image on both the controller and the Goggles.

Two pilots at the official forum confirmed that replacement drone did not fix the issue. Unfortunately, that means that this model has tuning / software, or even worse, design or hardware issue .
