I see where the confusion arises. The same Amazon listing now shows GBShop1 as the seller. I don't have any experience with that seller or the previous one, and I'm not endorsing either. GBShop1's reviews are very good. 96% are four or five... -

Any warranty from DJI is moot because of no DJI inventory in the U.S. Send it back, since you already obtained the RMS shipping label within the 30 days. This Amazon Marketplace Seller has 35 one star reviews since May 25th. Beware!
