Hi everyone. First off I am a Section 107 Pilot and Las Vegas is my home. With over 2 years of flying legally and over a 1,000 + hours of flight time there are a few things about Las Vegas airspace you need to know.... first off the area this guy was flying in is not legal to fly. East or west...

Also just an FYI if you are flying near the Las Vegas Strip LVMPD has a drone monitoring program in affect used by their Anti-Terrorism Division. If you are Section 107 certified and you get LAANC approval to fly, you should have no issues in the area you get approval to fly. I know flying on...

Hi everyone. This was a very interesting flight. In class B airspace with planes all over the place. The video came out great. Had to wait 40 days fo LAANC approval but it was worth it!

Thanks! I am actually going down there later today to fly the aftermath of it. It was still burning yesterday at 4:30 when I was driving home. Also, the ATF was at scene yesterday too so more than likely this was arson.
