I have successfully entered my RID info on the FAA website for my Air 2. Note, I was not able to edit my previous entry for my Air 2 as no option was ther for RID so I canceled that entry and created a new one which allowed me to enter RID for my Air 2.
How were you able to test drone scanner while flying the drone? When I do this the motors stop and a Remote ID error is displayed on the DJI fly app as soon as I minimize the DJI Fly app. I'm using the controller hooked to my phone.
I updated my firmware this week and all went well. Also registered RID on the Drone Zone site. PROBLEM: I am now noticing that if your flying (On DJI fly app) and another screen pops up and displays over top of the DJI Fly app screen the motors shut down and a remote ID error message appears...
On the drone zone site you are unable to edit your current drone to add RID. You will need to cancel your previous inventory and create a new entry for your drone and can add the RID for your drone.
Your correct. The drone flew line a RC helicopter which was natural to me. Now it banks like an airplane and in sport mode its jerky and I don't like it.
