DJI customer support has been great to me. Bought a Mavic Air 2, broke it a month later. They were able to replace mine in a month. Thanks DJI Care Refresh!
I have no complaints. My wife is from China so they can speak in their native language. LOL. I had to return a defective item once, had to use DJI Care Refresh twice, and ask some technical questions about the Mavic Air to customer support. Everything went without a hitch. Marry a Chinese woman...
