I bought a Mavic 3 Pro because I purchased an Air 3s that didn’t make it through customs. Is the Mavic 3 Pro worth buying now because I keep hearing all the rumors that a new drone will be released really soon but even if so with the customs issues I’m thinking still going to be a lot of issues...
Yep I’ll stick with my MA2. I’ve learned unless you are certain when a new product will be out don’t wait. The MA2 is a great deal for what it is. I work in automotive manufacturing and we are working on parts for models that will not come out until Nov- Dec at the earliest and we have...
Considering they didn’t go all out after Casey Neistat for not having a 107 and he’s prob making $500k+ a month from YouTube I don’t think they are going to care if you have a 107 as an unpaid intern. That said I went to Alabama and I could only imagine what Saban would say if an intern was...
I use the MA2 for some freelance real estate photography. Never had a realtor complain at the least. I’ve learned that skill, setting up the shot correctly, and using the right lighting is more important what high end drone you use.
IMHO the regular Mavic Mini is too inexpensive to even consider worrying with insurance. I mean it’s pretty proven that as long as you are careful and a little conservative flying in this winter weather the drone behaves as it should.
I went with the Air 2 Fly More and am very satisfied. The mini is cool and it’s nice not to have to register but imho unless it’s a budget issue it’s well worth the extra $300-400 for the capabilities of the MA2. Once you really look at each I think it becomes brutally clear how the MA2 is the...
I’ve seen a few places say it’s going to be $1549 for the regular kit and can’t remember for the Fly more. Judging from all the photos I’ve seen and everything it comes with it looks very expensive so $1500-1800 seems to sound about right for me.
I’m guessing maybe a little education given to them will go a long way. We often forget that we are enthusiasts. Many people buy these drones thinking they are toys not knowing the consequences of poor judgement and not understanding how to safely operate the drone. A buddy of mine in real...
For me I have a new iPhone 12 Pro Max 256gb. The resolution is much better than the SC and almost a 7” screen. However I really like the SC I just think it’s a little expensive for what it is and would like to see a few updates before spending that much on a SC.
IMHO I like to use my iPhone 12 Pro Max or an iPad mini and will continue to do so. I think the smart controller is great but I’ve only used it once. If I’m not mistaken it’s only 720p vs much higher resolution in the other devices. Also the screen size is too small. Since it runs Android I...
IMHO the new controller is a nice upgrade. I much prefer the phone/tablet above the controls. It’s much more secure feeling than the original air controller or the Mini controller. Im in no way certain but I would imagine that the battery is much larger than in those smaller controllers and with...
After some research I’ve come across many accounts of others having the same thing happening. Lots of people seem to have the “issue” (I don’t think it’s really a big deal but one user threw a fit about it and said he returned the drone because of it.) I flew this am and it flew right to the...
Sorry. Maybe my explanation wasn’t very clear. I have the FN button set to center gimbal and when I center it the vertical axis zeros to 0 degrees while my yaw is saying -1 degree (1 degree to the left). I can move the gimbal on the yaw axis and when I center it it always goes back to -1 degree...
What kind of Micro SD card are you using? Brand, model, size? Did you format them in the drone before using them? I’m totally new to drones but very experienced in computers and RC in general and I’ve researched a lot when deciding on a MA2 and not formatting in the drone and low quality Micro...
