Solved: It was the cable from the controller to the phone. When it disconnected, I didn't realize the controller still worked. I'm so use to using the phone. It's the cable guys!!!! No matter how good it looks, it's probably the reason for the disconnect. Thanks for your help.

Smatree is genius. Instead of two batteries with you, if you do it right, you now have 4, and then you have 6, and then you have 8! Instead of spending 600 on extra batteries, you spend 100 and have all you could ever want! And it charges your phone and controller.

Think about this! A battery cost $135. The Smatree charges three, maybe 4 batteries for about $100! This is a no brainier. You have two batteries, let's say. Now for about $100, you have 6 on every trip. Works like a charm. I just saved you $400!

Make sure you unplug the Micro usb on the side of the controller when using the bottom plug. And this is a good one!!!!! Make sure you switch to Auto with the camera. Sometimes the screen is blank because the manual settings don't actually show what the camera shows because they are way off...
