Wwclugston replied to the thread Two new failed Mavic 3 batteries?.The bird is brand new. I bought it at Moment Camera's warehouse sale. It was an Open Box, but the box and factory packaging inside were sealed. The other two batteries were at zero cycles. I also bought DJI Care, so I should be covered.
