Does your state have laws allowing people to shoot at drones? Only a couple of states have passed such laws.
Also, nobody owns the airspace over any land. The FAA regulates civilian airspace, not state, not local laws.
You're talking about an edge case, a product at the very limit of C0.
Most other drones are not at the thresholds so any aftermarket attachments won't affect the weight or CE mark class.
But more pertinent, how bad are the UK1 restrictions...
Panasonic, Sony and Samsung aren't even American companies so why do they get a exemption from importing foreign drone components?
They're not even producing drones.
