How do i get a terrain map flying a mavic 2 enterprise dual using pilot app and a android galaxy Tab s5e? Im connected to wifi but map wont show up.

I had a dual fall out of the sky from 100’+ agl. By the time I found it it was destroyed. Pretty sure battery caused it. Had insurance with DJI. They wouldn’t replace it . A real bait and switch scam.

I use the DJI pilot app but was wondering if anyone knows if the DJI go or go4 apps can be used or if there are any others out there. I can’t get any to load other than pilot.

Glad for you. I’m pretty sure that would be considered pilot error and not covered by enterprise shield.

One thing you might consider is to buy a little flir camera. They sell one that plugs in to an iphone that I think is the same or very similar as the one on the dual. It isn't too expensive. You could try it and see how it works. I'm learning more about my dual and have found I can see hogs...

I use drone to locate warm blooded animals and sometimes need to return to a previous sighting with a fresh battery. In a large field there are no landmarks so it would be helpful if I could mark a location on the google map for guidance.
