I think the restriction is in the app, not in the birds firmware. There was a restriction in a newer app, but they correct it with a newer version and the restriction was gone again. But if you know something about a restricition in the birds firmware, let us know.

Yes, of course it works. It works as long as you do not update the firmware of your controller, and afterwards you can apply the hack again.

Hmm, i don‘t think so, as you can read in my post, the video cable has an issue and as an result of it, the gimbal does not work, and in my case also the front obstacle cams. Thats exactly what you say some posts up here, why do you say now something different?

Thats right and i know that, what i would say is, if you have issiues with the video cable, all other components, who are connectetd via the gimbal pcb, are not working. In my case it was, and you give me the right hint. After the last flight with functional video, gimbal and front obstacle...

Thats very intresting, i had probably the same problem. Mine was also crashed and i fixed the ribboncabel and the broken frame of the gimbal. Last flight i noticed that the videocable hangs out of the gimbal, so i opend the upper cover, and put the cable inside. Maybe thats the problem, because...
