Yes, I can, but even so something must be wrong related to waypoints (?) RTH acts normally if I enter this function after a manual flight

If I choose RTH after the last waypoint the M2P splits up this straight line into several sections with sudden stops before it finally continues it´s way back home for a precision landing. What may be the reason for this ?
