Retroactive can mean two things:
A drone that was approved, but not yet sold, can no longer be sold, or
A drone that has been approved and sold to the end user is no longer permitted to broadcast, and is thus grounded.

With today’s FCC ruling being able to retroactive ban drones, would that mean a drone currently in use can be banned? Or is it only to devices not yet sold? Obviously it concerns all of us with Mini 3 pro
