I do not believe i fried one of the ICs or damaged when ay took it apart. What i believe is that dji put some sort of protection. the board has 24/7 power to the ICs if you disconnect the power it goes in som safe mode and it wont send power to the output pins the function for on or off works...

this setup is not working properly! the battery leds indicate battery charge level and you can turn battery off or on but it not sending voltage to pins.

For now the smart board need to be inside this system or there is no voltage reading (the main voltage ) so i will use one battery with sensing (smart board) and the second goes old fashioned way parallel.

i don't get voltage indicator and no percentage on the app if i go directly (without battery board)
