Ok, nevermind, I was looking at the wrong LED's.
The rear "status indicators" are the ones that should be green, not the front.
Sorry for the premature post.
I had my orientation wrong.
Hey all,
I saw someone asked this already but I am still curious to know if this is normal.
The front LED's are solid red when flying after home is recorded, etc. I believe before I updated my firmware, they were green meaning you were ready for takeoff and everything was a go.
I copied a page...
First off, let me clarify as people have taken my comments out of context.
There are things the manufacturer can do due restrict drones going above the FAA
Exactly my point Kenneth!
Well said and I agree totally.
A license or certificate does not prevent stupid...driving drunk or stoned, shooting firearms in an irresponsible manner all require tests and studying yet $hit happens. If people are going to do stupid things, a difficult test isn’t going to stop it but I understand your point.
As a new drone owner, I think your last paragraph is bull. Whether people take a hard test that they have to study for or not, they’ll either obey the law or they won’t. You don’t need a passing result to buy one so it’s not restricting anyone. This isn’t a firearm.
Everyone should enjoy the fun!
Very cool.
Maybe i'll look into them although they are another $400-500 and I'll probably just use the iPad for awhile.
I'm sure the canal looks awesome from an aerial perspective.
Thanks! I used to live in Bourne. I have no intention of modifying this aircraft. I bought a mount for the ipad for a bigger screen and not sure I'd like the goggles but thanks for the feedback!
