I am not sure of the smart controller dimensions, but as soon as I find one of the **** 4 tape measures I have, I'd be happy to give you the dimensions. (Let me look at the paperwork too, might be in there)

Well... she has arrived! I actually saw the UPS driver in my area coming home from a trip to the market, flagged him down, and yup, my package was with him... She is packaged differently from the reveals on YouTube though...

You are right... i saw a video on this. The batteries may not activate if charged for the first time on the charging hub. That we should charge each battery individually to 100%, then we should be fine to use the hub.

I refunded from DJI... I got lucky... my card was not formally charged. DJIs notice says 1-3 days... email says 7-10 days. Wish you the best...

Seems I'm like most others here... notice it shipped today UPS, and notice it will be received by tomorrow 9pm. We will see...
